ADDITIONAL EVENT DAY DETAILS
Event Address: ACE Hardware - 5175 Hamlin Groves Trail, Winter Garden FL 34787
Event Time: 10am to 2pm
Set up Time: Begins at 8am, vendors will not be allowed into the event after 9am.
Break down Time: 2pm. Please note that booths are not permitted to break down prior to 2pm and this is strictly enforced at our events, both for the experience AND safety of our guests.
What to Bring: A Tent, Table and Chairs *This will not be provided for you, please bring your own. Tents are required and must not be larger than 10x10.
Weights: You must bring weights to hold down your tent. It can get very windy and blowing tents cause a real danger. You can bring sandbags to weigh your tent down or special tent weights that can be found on Amazon and in your local sporting good stores or Wal Mart.
Trash Cans: Please bring your own trash cans with you and plan on taking your trash out to the assigned dumpster.
Electricity: ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE so prepare accordingly.
Event Layout, Loading and Parking Instructions: This will be emailed to you on Friday.
