LOAD IN BEGINS AT 8am. Please do not arrive prior to 8am, our team will be on site and needs proper time to prepare for everyone's arrival and set up. All participants must arrive by 9am, at that time we will close off the entrances to vehicles.
Please see the site plan below for your placement. Note your Load In Zone and arrive from the applicable entrance to avoid delays. Traffic will be ONE WAY ONLY once inside the parking lot.
Once you arrive, a team member will show you to your space and you'll be asked to unload your
car quickly at your designated spot.
PARKING WILL BE ON TOP OF THE HAMLIN-CINEPOLIS PARKING GARAGE.- directly across New Independence Parkway. Vendors are NOT PERMITTED to park in the Ace Hardware or adjoining business parking lots. Parking is very limited and we must keep this available for event guests and customers of neighboring business.
A SHUTTLE DRIVER WILL BE ON SITE to shuttle you from your car back to the event space. The shuttle will also be available once the event ends to shuttle you back to your car.
